Meet Emily Lin!
As our customer service representative and newly licensed personal and commercial lines
agent, Emily is a hardworking and driven individual who brings professionalism and ambition to
the agency. Since joining The Kind Insurance in March of 2021, Emily has only been in the
insurance industry for a little over a year, however, she considers insurance to be her whole
life’s career. Currently, she is focused on quoting and helping people file paperwork.
Receiving her education in China, Emily is superb at speaking Mandarin Chinese and loves
helping Chinese clients file paperwork. Emily comes to work every day with a smile because
through this career, she’s able to improve her speaking skills by interacting with clients while
increasing her knowledge of insurance through motivation from other team members.
Emily and her husband Justin Franks live with their three lovely kids in Morton, Illinois. Outside
of the world of insurance, she likes to help kids learn musical instruments, travel across the
nation, and meet people of different cultures and backgrounds.
Team members at The Kind Insurance have constantly motivated her to gain knowledge while
interacting with clients d her speaking skills.
2 years of trade business in college in China but no degree.
Working for this company as a VA since 3/2021 which is my first experience in the insurance industry.
My current position is a customer service representative and just received my P&C producer’s
license yesterday.
I’m focusing on quoting and helping Chinese clients file paperwork.
I love this job because the team members motivate me to learn new knowledge every day and
improve my talk skills with clients.
I have considered the insurance industry as my whole life career. My goal is to focus on the
clients’ needs and be friends with them.
My advice to young people is to study hard, work hard and play hard. Your achievement will
arrive at the right moment.
My husband Justin Franks and I have 3 lovely kids who live in Morton IL. We like to motivate
kids to learn instruments and travel around nationwide to see different people and cultures.”
